Here you go peeps… The recipe to the delicious Brownie that I made last week and delivered to all of my clients on Monday morning…. I would have to say this was a HIT with everyone, even the 6year olds in the house!!
Chopped in to little squares this brownie can be a perfect for that sweet craving and afternoon pick me up.
All nutritious ingredients. No guilt needed.
INGREDIENTS:
4 sweet potatoes (boiled)
10 medjool dates
1.5 cups oats
1.5 cups ground almonds
1/2 cup maple syrup (or rice malt syrup)
1 cup cocao powder
5 tablespoons coconut oil
– Mix all ingredients in blender, spread in to lined tinned and set in fridge for 1 hour.
TOPPING:
5 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup (rice malt syrup)
1/3 cup nut butter
1/2 cup cocao powder
4 squares of dark chocolate
– Melt all ingredients in saucepan. Spread mix on to set brownie ingredients. Replace in to fridge and set for 2 hours.
– Cut in to bite size pieces and then enjoy!
