I am just getting back into exercise after a long time off! Is this ok for me?
Perfect! This program was designed for all levels but especially for people wanting to ease back into activity or after having a baby. Be sure you have exercise clearance from your doctor – no outstanding injuries or conditions before beginning.
I have little children & can’t make it to a gym. Can I do it at home?
YES! This is an at home or do anywhere program! All you need is a towel, 2 dumbbells (easy to buy & carry anywhere) & water bottle!
Are there photos of the exercises?
YES. There are descriptions of each training style & clear photos of the exercises prescribed.
