Welcome to Calma Health... I hope you find exactly what you are looking for to help you along your Health and Fitness journey. For those of you who do not know me, here is a little insight into my life...

I am a mother of 1 beautiful boy; an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, a Sports Nutritionist, a Wellness Coach, a Personal Trainer; and in a past life – an International Level Fitness Model.

I graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation in 2010. This is where I gained extensive clinical experience in various hospitals, rehabilitation units, musculoskeletal rehab clinics and weight management departments. I have also completed an Undergraduate Degree in a Bachelor of Human Movement Science (Exercise Science) in 2004 at Southern Cross University. I have also completed an Advanced ISSN (Nutrition) course, an Accredited Rehab Trainer certificate, Pre and Post Natal certifications, and I am currently studying my Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training.

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years, beginning when I was just 17 years old, teaching aerobics classes. I was a former dancer, competitive runner and most recently self confessed lover of weights training which has led to stage time, competing in Fitness Model Competitions nationally and internationally.

I spent several years of my 20’s travelling the world and experiencing life in different cultures. Looking back these have been some of the most precious years of my life. These years taught me to be open minded and understand there are many ways to live life. One thing that did not change for me in those years was my fascination with health and fitness and the realisation that no matter who we are or where we come from – our HEALTH is everything. Without it what life do we have?

My ONE GOAL is to help as many people as possible be the BEST versions of themselves as possible, no matter the starting point. I believe we can all be our ‘ultimate’ selves if we just take the time for ourselves. I honestly believe that with the right nutrition, the right exercise, the right mindset and the right support – that everyone can succeed if they want it badly enough.

In Health & Happiness –
