Our highly experienced trainer – Sharna O’Connor, will run you through your paces for a 45minute sweat session; using high intensity, body weight, fat burning exercises. Sharna is the creator of her 8-Week Body & Nutrition Booster Guide, Stretch for Life Guide, and also the creator of Lorna Jane’s MOVE Body Training Guide.

Each session is specifically designed to have you burning well over 500 calories.

Improving your cardiovascular fitness, strength, overall function, range of motion and ability.

The sessions are adjusted to the ability of each individual at the session.

With the support of our group of active women, you will feel motivated, inspired and empowered to perform at your absolute best.

Bubs and kids are welcome.

There is a children's park right next to our group location!

Saturday 7am-7:45am

Calma Health Studio, Upstairs – 30 Brookes Street, Fortitude Valley.

This challenge only operates in January and September each year!

$30 / session ($240 over 8 weeks)
